Hong Yi’s Birds Made of Flowers
Malaysian artist-architect, Hong Yi, (who goes by the nickname ‘Red’) who’s known for designing beautiful work using random object, recently began a new series of birds made with flower petals and leaves.

I started this series when I realised that flower petals – especially gerbera petals – look similar to feathers especially when they are arranged on top of one another, layer by layer.
